Apple Blueberry Muffin

These are Apple Blueberry Muffins made from Golden Muffin Mix.

1 packet golden muffin mix
250g butter
10 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
180ml evaporated milk
5 eggs
5 apples ( peeled & cubed)
some dried blue berries
150g almond meal

Blueberry & Cherry French Muffin

Tried this french muffin mix and made a few adjustments to the recipe.

1 packet french muffin mix (500g)
270g butter
6 eggs 8tbsp caster sugar
100g almond meal
80ml milk
vanilla essence
blueberries and cherries for decor

Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

These mini muffins are so moist and delicious. I promised to bake for the kids
at Happy Talent and here they are. I baked about 100 pieces of them.

Oreo Muffins

I saw this recipes somewhere in the internet, the picture looks tempting and so i gave it a try but its not up to my expectation.
Verdict : Disappointing
