This dish can be served with plain rice or bread. I love to eat it with french baguette.
Preparing the red curry paste is quite tedious, so i usually use the Asian Gourmet Thai Red Curry paste.

1 pkt Asian Gourmet Thai Red Curry Paste
Onion paste
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Chilli paste
2 lemon grass - bruised
Some kaffir lime leaves shredded
Coconut milk to taste
1 kg chicken - i use only wingstick

Sweet Sour Chicken
(Lazy Version)

This was for dinner last nite. Very simple and easy to make and its superb with a bowl of plain porride or piping hot rice. I've used the Tay's brand Japanese Crispy Chicken. I baked them in the oven, thus removing excess oil. Then assemble them in the wok.

For the chicken
1 packet Tay's Japanese Crispy Chicken (original)
Abalone sauce
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
3 tbsp pineapple juice

For the veggies
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
1 can button mushroom
1 can pineapple cubes
1 onion diced large
some garlic
some ginger
chicken stock granules
