Instant Noodles With Dumplings

I love Myojo brand instant noodles as the noodles are finer than Maggi brand. It has a nice springy texture if cooked properly. I've made my own soup stock instead of using the powdered stock that comes with the noodles, that makes it healthier i suppose...

Veggie of your choice - i've used baby bak choy
Some sliced chilli padi
Prawns - not too much not healthy
Dumplings
Garlic Oil
Home made soup stock

Soupy Prawn Mee Hoon

Today is a very lazy Monday, so I decided to make this prawn mee hoon for dinner.
I usually add some boiled quail eggs to this dish. See how lazy I am today,
no quail eggs at all...
Already baked a sponge cake and made cream patisserie. Wanted to make Peach Flan but wanted to use some strawberries for decor and right now it's not available in my fridge. So that will have to wait till tomorrow i guess....
