Beaterblade on Kenwood Major Titanium KM020
I had to rush this little project after receiving email from Gary earlier. I haven't been feeling very well as i've had severe backache so i was delaying the experiment. I was suppose to try out the Beaterblade on my Kenwood Titanium Major KM020 to see if it fits and works well.
Actually, the Kenwood comes with a Flexibeater which works just as the Beaterblade does which is to scrape the sides of the bowl and incorporate the ingredients evenly as the machine is running without having to stop the machine now and then to scrape the sides of the bowl manually.
I like that the silicon blade on the Beaterblade is more thicker then the one on the Kenwood Felxibeater but not compromising on flexibility. This actually helps scrape the sides of the bowl better when incorporating cookie dough which is slightly more dense and stiffer than cake batter.

And this is the end result. Its Pecan Crunchies, very brittle, crispy and tasty.
