Apple Blueberry Muffin

These are Apple Blueberry Muffins made from Golden Muffin Mix.


1 packet golden muffin mix
250g butter
10 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
180ml evaporated milk
5 eggs
5 apples ( peeled & cubed)
some dried blue berries
150g almond meal
