This was meant o be stewed this morning but then i was called up to work early in the morning as one of the teacher was on m.c. as i was preparing to cook... though i'm tired after work, i had to cook this as the beef had already been thawed... and i had to do relief again tomorrow morning...sigh...

Black Pepper Beef

Today i decided to cook Black Pepper Beef and stir fry some veggies for dinner. Simple and fast but delicious with hot plain porridge, yummy!
