Delicious Assam Fish Head

Cooked this Assam Fish Head for dinner tonite.



Assam Fish Head
3 large onions
3 garlic
2 inches ginger - grated or bruised
2 stalk lemongrass - bruised
6 birds-eye chili
2.5 ladle full chili paste
1 tbsp Fish Curry powder
8 pcs tamarind
3 tsp Maggi Prawn stock
salt & sugar to taste
1200ml water or more
